Modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, fan oven, microwave etc . Lounge with open fire, upright piano, Freeview TV, video, DVD, full 'separates' hifi system. Separate playroom for children, with Freeview TV. Wireless internet access. Basement games room, with pool table, comfy chairs, coal effect fire.
